Excellent thanks! I can't see any way of recognising where in Botwell Lane that would be. Anyway, because of your post, I've just been to eBay and ended up buying a couple of other items (a postcard of St Mary's interior and a map of Hayes End in the 1800s. There's a postcard of Hayes Station 1908 I'd love to buy but the seller want ten quid!! What??? That's OTT.
