This is definitely Windsor Trinity Church. It was founded in 1842. This photo is a post-card and was taken by Peter Kingsford. This is the name on the back of the card.

I was pleased to find this post-card and it is clear that the steeple is very different to the now mystery church on the picture I posted earlier.
