Chris! Many many thanks, as ever. This is pure gold. Have your recently acquired these maps?

Josh, this map, "Hayes Town 1912" part of the "Old Ordnance Survey Maps" series was published in May 2015 by Alan Godfrey Maps. I found it on eBay but it is also available from Alan Godfrey Maps, Prospect Business Park, Leadgate, Consett, DH8 7PW or alangodfreymaps.co.uk In addition to the map, on the obverse there is an excellent commentary about the map's features and of the times in Hayes by Peter Hounsell. Additionally there is a description of Hayes taken from "Kelly's Directory of Middlesex", 1890. The extract includes the names of "private residents" and "commercial" entities. The new Godfrey Edition series includes, in addition to the "M15.09 Hayes Town 1912" map, the "M15.05 Hayes End 1894" map, the "M15.13 Hayes (S)1935" map, and "M20.01 Harlington 1935" map, and about 100 other maps of West London and Middlesex.

I love pouring over old maps, and these are brilliant. I noticed the brick works where I believe Stockley Park is now, and what appears to be a branch of the canal leading to them.
