The project is coming along nicely. In this picture, you can see the innards (on the floor)of an "Evolution" midi controller keyboard.


What I'm doing here is test-wiring a set of old Hammond organ pedals (bought for under a fiver on eBay) into the gutted Evolution keyboard, to enable me to "midify" the pedals.


The laptop is displaying the amazing "Hauptwerk" virtual organ software. And yes, it all worked! I was able to sit at the organ, assign my real pedals to the virtual pedals, crank up the speakers and - wow - it was EXACTLY like pressing the pedals of a real church organ.
