… and there is more to come:
http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article ... ondon.html?

Khan would have us believe that he is working for the interests of all Londoners and their health; he isn't; he is working to a one-world globalist agenda. Khan, along with most 'Party' politicians these days, is a one-world globalist to whom the independent nation state is abhorrent. He is a federalist, who is actively working towards the the breaking up of the UK into regions and city states in readiness for the coming one-world government.

Theresa May, her Party, along with Khan and the whole of the Lib/Lab/Green/Independent/CON are all globalists, as are the EU and the UN. None of them believe in democracy; they are all elitists who subscribe to the 'Technocracy Agenda'.

The Global Parliament of Mayors (GPM) Mission Statement:
https://globalparliamentofmayors.org/mission-statement/

Below are extracts from the GPM Mission Statement; black emboldened text is the original text highlighted; red text is my translation of their words.

Quote:
The GPM is about local government, based on the city’s right to (autonomous and federalist) self-government. The GPM promotes collective city decision-making across national borders, addressing critical challenges that face humankind and creating better outcomes for all.

Quote:
More than 50 % of the world’s population lives in cities. Cities produce more than 80 % of GDP. It is therefore inconceivable that national and international bodies discuss and decide on policy actions without cities and their mayors present at the table. As a political body, the Global Parliament of Mayors claims the right not only to be involved, but to be (with others) agenda setters in supranational (GLOBAL) organizations. This debate cannot be just about cities and mayors; it needs to engage them actively in decision-making.

Quote:
Mayors will concentrate on issues and topics other institutions have not always been able to address resolutely or decisively, not mimic or duplicate discussions in those international bodies. However, the GPM will willingly contribute to existing debates or inaugurate new ones if it this leads to meaningful (UNDEFINED) change.

Quote:
Mayors want to be partners for national governments and international institutions in boosting their global agendas. Indeed, they must be partners, because implementing decisive action will mostly be up to city mayors (NOT the VOTERS).

Apparently this T charge will be extended out to the North and South Circular ring next, and will include newer cars.

No idea when.

Eventually, the Mayor aims to create an Ultra Low Emissions Zone stretching from the North Circular in north London to the South Circular south of the river by 2021.

The plan is to eventually ban all private transport for the non-elite. Electric cars and bikes will lead to the effective banning of private transport simply because there will be insufficient electricty available, at an affordable price; electric cars will also sky-rocket in price when the subsidies are removed. Don't forget that Britian has largely been reduced to a low wage economy, with private property and assets attracting ever increasing taxation. The elite avoid taxation by using trusts and tax havens. In the mind of the globalist, to which Khan and the vast majority of the party political class belong, private property in the hands of the non-elite is quite unacceptable. Money, wealth, and assets represent power, power that must not left under the control of the non-elite peasant class, of which we are all to belong.

This is what creating powerful mayors is all about.
