They don't show any sign of guilt when he tells them they are unelected, so why are they even in that chamber? just goes to show what a farce the whole system is, no wonder Tony never gave the people a chance to vote, they are all scroungers having a sip of the gravy, why oh why are we part of this corrupt back scratching clique of wannabe bandits, why is our so called leader, not challenging the legality of this mob, who on the face of it just turn up and pass whatever needs rubber stamping, and not a Dicky bird from our so called administration, fresh out of Woolworths. :( :(

You're right, they don't show any guilt. But they do show some annoyance in the form of a kind of dumb insolence, at having to listen to it. I suspect some of the barbs went home and caused a little discomfort. These people are conditioned to not respond, but that doesn't mean they are impervious to hearing the truth and feeling the sting. I bet they always dicuss these events amongst themselves afterwards.

:o I fail to see how they were even there, and desks to boot, where did the come from, and more to the point why are we involved, in this schoolboy gathering, surely its ilegal under any circumstance being able to construct laws by which we all have to abide, from a group of mates who just turn up and declare a forum that affects all of Europe where is the legality in that ?? more to the point why is our elected leader rolling over tits up doing as he is told by them. ;)

Treason. It is treason. Like all those other leaders since Heath; they have all wilfully handed over power to a foreign power without referencing the British electorate. It's treason; there is no other word for it. In any other age they would either have been their separated from their heads, or stood up against a wall and shot.

So what does it need for the UKIP vote to gain traction?

Can they be trusted to form the UK government? I always thought some of their manifesto pledges rather more socialist than the current Labour party.

And therin lies the problem. Until they get significant seats in the UK parliament they 'have no clout' regarding their message. Give them that clout and maybe some of the other stuff becomes unpalatable.

I'd be inclined to support whichever party was right on the single biggest issue at each election.
