Judy lived in Crowland Avenue near Monmouth Road. She had 3 children, Joanne, Andrew and Helen. Judy was a good friend and I would very much like to know where she is now so that I can make contact. Her husband's name was Dave, and Joanne and Andrew went to Cranford Park school. I would be grateful for any information. Thankyou. Marian.

Fingers crossed Marian. You never know... we've had cases in the past of requests like this yielding results sometimes months later!

Thanks, Josh. It would be lovely to find Judy and her family.
We met, as young Mums, in the launderette, which was quite newly built at that time, and was at the foot of Hayes Station bridge. We walked home together and that was how our friendship started. My little boy was taken with her name and, not being able to pronounce it properly, he made it sound like 'Doody'. He then called his sister Carolyn by that name instead, probably because he found the name Carolyn hard to say. (This memory, maybe, should have gone into memories).

Judy's son, Andrew, looked very much like her, and is on the Cranford Park school photo I have posted in the Photos Galleries. He had the same bright smile.

Thanks :-)

I haven't looked on Friends Reunited for ages. Now that I have, I am baffled.

I can't find lists of schools and streets any more. It has all changed and I found just a page about making up boxes!
