Anyone had experience of this company?? Ordered some stuff and the delivery guys wouldn't take the wardrobe upstairs as it was against Heath and Safety. Two other items damaged. Currently trying to resolve it. Poor experience so far.

Looks as though we've been seduced by fancy advertising and a smart showroom.

Amazing!!! My brother has just been through the wars with Oak Furniture Land. It was a big order and he's ended up demanding they take it ALL back. Their customer service is absolutely atrocious. You should see the emails he's written them!

Glad I read this. being able to get solid 'tree wood' furniture sounded like a good idea.

I'll be staying well away now :D

This could be interesting, especially the variety of comments beneath the article.

I spotted a thread on MoneySuperMarket where it started out mediocre then descended into a load of complaints.

The concept of proper wood furniture is a good business idea but seems to have been ruined in this case.

Got to be a 'Watchdog' coming up ?

A wardrobe upstairs.

You'll be saying he wants a shed in his garden. Whatever next?
