Here's some wildlife from here.
This cheeky bustard was standing on the edge of my fishpond the other morning.
Since then my fish have been hugging the bottom, I think they need counselling!

The police shot and killed a black Bear, just 100yds from my home yesterday. :?

Batty Bat - now I think that is scarey

Brian - I hope you've got your pond covered with mesh. We had to cover ours a few years ago after a heron took most of the fish.

we had a Woodpecker in the garden earlier today. that was a sight. never seen one before. kept pecking every other bird close by. he obviously didnt like anyone else near his nuts......

a lot of the birds around here are scared off by Magpies that have a nest in a holly tree some 20 feet up :) :)
