how long would it takes to ship sandals or other foot wear after that has been ordered? I would like to order some of the foot wear to use on a trip to Texas next week but I’m not sure if the foot wear will arrive in time thus making me consider purchasing them from the local store.

Given the logistics problems and the recent rise in postal charges I would say your looking at about 3 to 4 years. You could cut this by sending them one at a time.
