There is a blind spot.
Try looking directly at a feint star and then try looking at a point close to it you will see it much clearer.
Continual scanning works the same way.
:D

Quick update on station road, traffic pretty bad in both directions due to temporary lights.

Also impacting side roads such Tavistock Road bit of a nightmare

It's just as bad today. We had to queue for a while at the temporary lights at the end of Swan Road. Not a lot of fun.

Pretty bad again this week, more temporary lights, I wonder how long these works are going to go on for.

Will be interesting when the CrossRail circus comes to town. West Drayton station is to be rebuilt. the underpass to close, bridge over platforms to be installed and ticket office to move (current one to be retail outlet), oh and the platforms are to be made 50% longer (towards Hayes).

Estimates are that about 150 lorries a week moving between West Drayton Station and Horton Road.

Work to be done 24/7 for two months.

Station to remain open, just not easy to access.

Do you know when all this is due to start?

Traffic appears much better this week, I'm thinking that this is due to it being half term

I don't very often go through West Drayton but I'm due to go to the hospital again on Thursday so I will avoid going that way and go on the by pass.

I wouldn't want to be late .........
