Maybe it's the closest they can park to a transport hub and they use a little scooter to get to the station!

In addition to the new Specs cameras it's been reported that the central reservation camera between Swakeleys and Hillingdon Station has been removed.

That seems daft as that was the camera that slowed the speeders coming from the Denham direction.

No idea if they're enforcing average speed yet. Anyone know? I would expect there would be clear signs warning you when they start?

I agree Jon. I was expecting some yellow signs saying the new system was running. All I know is the Oxford Express coaches are now sticking to the speed limit. I am not sure whether the drivers have been briefed and know more than we do, or whether they are not taking any chances.

Probably not taking chances. Always a good idea to stick behind one of those in a traffic jam... they know what they're doing!!

My guess is that it's up and running because I've seen a driver report that the normal yellow Gatso's are no longer in use.

Wasn't very clear whether they've gone or a bag over them.
