What does Common EU Defence Rules mean in reality – EU wide conscription of all males and females between the ages of 16 – 35? At the very least, the contents of the below linked article ought to result in very heavy questions being raised across the whole of the UK political spectrum and the mainstream media (MSM). Are British millennials and their families soon to discover what EU membership really means?

Quote:
“We are currently making common European projects all but impossible with our strict rules and the even stricter interpretation of those rules … We are going to have to agree on European [defence rules], and they will not be as strict as German regulations can be.”

Quote:
In April 2019, in an interview with Stern magazine, Kramp-Karrenbauer stated in terms that Germany ought to reintroduce conscription and extend it to both sexes and to resident aliens:
“In my view, conscription ought to apply to men and women, and even to people who are not German citizens but who have been granted resident status. First of all, we are going to discuss all this with the Christian Democrat party in a working group still to be held.”

Quote:
Also in August 2018, a party colleague of hers and Bundestag member from the state of Hesse, Oswin Veith, argued to Germany’s largest-circulation newspaper, Bild-Zeitung, that the age of liability for the reinstituted draft ought to be 16 to 35. Veith is also Chairman of the Bundeswehr Reservists’ Association.

With reference to Kremmen’s link above:
Weren’t we also clearly told way back in the 60s and early 70’s that Common Market membership was NOT about political union. A situation that has since been proven to have been a first-rate political lie. These days, the only safe position is to totally disbelieve and invert any political promises where the EU is concerned.

Today we have: A severely reduced in size and largely deskilled British Army where UK troops already are photographed serving with EU shoulder flashes and no UK flashes; photos of British military HQ staff taken under two EU flags with no UK Union Flag in the scene; a Royal Navy that has been reduced to a toothless national disgrace and an RAF that is so under-equipped that illegal invaders in rubber dingies can’t be prevented from crossing the English Channel. Coupled with a politically decimated British engineering manufacturing industrial base that can no longer even manufacture bullets for the foreign-made guns that are issued to the decimated British military.

If it quacks like a duck, waddles like a duck, flies like a duck; then it most probably is a timid defenceless and vassal duck. All those political promises over decades claiming that Britain remains a sovereign nation, a “sovereign nation” where its people are now desperate to be set free from the overtly undemocratic clutches of the increasingly bellicose and threatening unelected EU leaders; leaders that are now openly discussing an EU army and conscription.

With so much current evidence stacked against EU membership, the big surprise is that any British UK MP, any politician, can even dare to support our remaining inside the EU. The same applies to the REMAIN-loving British media, TV, Radio, and Press.
