Just been on a bus to and from Harrow.

Spotted that 'they' have installed some service road bollards along Church Road between the White Hart and the Library at the start where the queue jumpers would dive down the service road - not any more

Also - when you come over the Target roundabout towards Hayes. On the left, about a quarter of a mile away is 3 very large mounds of earth with what looks like a mini fortress on top of the middle one. What are they ?

They are just hills. There are paths leading to the top of them so people can have a leisurely walk up to the top. There are plaques at the top showing maps of the surrounding areas so you know what you are looking at.

It's quite a nice walk and view

For those who cant manage the hill, there's flat walks to the rear and a cafe

We decided a couple of years ago to park up there and go for a walk but we couldn't find a parking space - it's really popular.

I didn't know there was a cafe there - we'll definitely go there again soon :D

Sunshine

The car parks ain't huge, but are adequate - especially during the week

Have a look at the attachment, as I have highlighted the parking & cafe onto a Google aerial view
