Much more of it and I can see why stuff like this will gain momentum.... Cameron robustly rules this sort of stuff out saying it will harm the city of London..... I all honesty you can see why when he can tax the population instead..

its about time all taxes were ring fenced
eg car tax and fuel duty only for roads
cigarette tax , only for treating lung problems
same with drink tax
green tax to be given to car manufactures to develope better engines
