There's only one answer, get out of the EU and European Court of Human Rights, regain control of our borders and stricly enforce them.

And that will stop the hordes of Somali, Afghans and other Sub Saharan Africans all tipping up at Calais how exactly? The French have no problems letting them in but they all want to come here.

Not that I disagree with leaving the EU of course simply the fact we need to do more than just that.

We do but out of the EU is a good start and let us have a Gov with teeth that isn't blocked at every corner by Brussels.

I totally agree geezer, but leaving the EU will allow us to reconsider our acceptance of the jurisdiction of the European Court of Human Rights which in my view has caused this country endless problems and prevents us from deporting undesirables as well as letting them in in the first place. Membership of the EU places an obligation on us to to accept the jurisdiction of the European Court - let's get out of the EU and the meddling European Court that gives a free pass to every freeloader and undesirable coming to this country.

I note that we have now demolished a few coal fired power plants and EDF have stated that the 2 nuclear plants shut down for safety reasons won't be back online till after Winter.

As a result we can expect brownout's.

Well done Brussels, your plans are starting to work against the UK as planned

We live on a mountain of coal yet are not allowed to use it! Nuclear power plants shut for safety reasons, and years of dithering over plans to build new ones, no doubt Brussels will enjoy making us black-outs!

Why we demolished the coal plants instead of mothballing them is presumably another Tory blunder.
