It may be that there isn't very much Talk-Talk going on between the CEO of TalkTalk and her husband, John Penrose MP.

The CEO of the TalkTalk Group is: Diana Mary Harding, (Mrs John Penrose)

In October 1995, she married John Penrose, MP

Diana Mary "Dido" Harding, Baroness Harding of Winscombe (born 9 November 1967) is an English businessperson, chief executive of the TalkTalk Group

She was named CEO of TalkTalk in 2010,

John Penrose MP:

John Penrose was appointed Parliamentary Secretary (Minister for Constitutional Reform) in the Cabinet Office in May 2015. He is the Member of Parliament for Weston-super-Mare.
Perhaps John Penrose MP, Minister for Constitutional Reform (a dodgy title if ever I heard one), should engage in some pillow talk with his wife about constitutional reform, and, (see below) a better deal from utility providers.

Penrose returned to the backbenches in 2012. Apart from his constituency campaigns he wrote a radical but well-received paper (We Deserve Better) on how to give people a better deal on their utilities (gas, water, electricity etc.).

I have had a nightmare cancelling my subscription with Talk Talk

I started this process just before the hacking news broke, but since then they keep phoning me to discuss my cancellation. They insist on knowing my password before any discussion, but I refused time and time again saying you called me so you know who I am, but I haven't got a clue who you are!

The Indian call wranglers couldn't cope with that complicated language, so hung up. Five weeks ago, an English person phoned me. I explained my dilemma and said I would only communicate with head office by snail mail and would send them an old fashioned check to clear my balance

I just got the letter today saying I am to be cut off (I dont even use them now) in 2 days. Thank God. What a crap company, who should be called 'Can't Talk Talk' :)

Looks like I had a Lucky Escape

I try not use any company that has an Indian call centre. One of the reasons I opted for PlusNet. Call centre in good old Yorkshire.

I had to call British Gas a few weeks ago. Call took about 5 minutes to pick up, which isn't excessive these days, and was a very good English based lady who solved my issue in minutes.

After many years with tmobile I've switched to O2. I get a MUCH better signal and you can do live chats with customer support online which is fantastic.
