Ha ha... was just reading the "what a mad country thread" where the chat had strayed into talking about pensions instead of the original madness, and I found the ads on the page were all from something called "The Pensions Regulator". No doubt some of the pensions we're all being robbed of are going to pay for this new regulator and its battalions of officials and glossy advertising.

It is a confiscatory process. Life-style controlling confiscatory taxes and penalties, along with expensive confiscatory bureaucracy, are deliberately used these days in order to redistribute wealth away from ordinary people to the elitists. If your life-style includes consuming something the elite disapprove of, then confiscatory taxes are applied in order to bring you back into line. If you seek to provide yourself with a meaningful pension or accumulate savings, then expensive regulatory bureaucracy will ensure your pension and savings will be effectively confiscated, with the wealth being transferred to the elitists.

Other methods of wealth confiscation include currency devaluation and price inflation.
