isnt that against their uman rites ?.
i doubt it will end the trade in the stuff tho,you can buy all the drugs you desire and guns on most street corners these days,i doubt plod will be too willing to enforce the ban ?
we live in hope tho

The police ,dont even arrest pot users , so they will do nothing about this either

Hillingdon Council must be embarrassed because they have not apologised to the people of Hillingdon for spending £1000's on a research programme on this very drug. Hillingdon consulted central government departments and concluded that the import and use of khat was legal and without issue. Weeks on, central government decide otherwise. A good move in my opinion, but the black market will now flourish among the Somali Community in East Avenue and associated shops in Coldharbour Lane.
