I do hope that the US tread carefully with their size 18 jack boots as they interfere in Iraq. Supporters of ISIS and ISIL dont need much of an excuse to vent their anger against the west - including us.

Its worth bearing in mind that the al-Qaeda leadership have distanced themselves and their support from ISIS a few months ago as they and their methods are seen as too extreme! That in itself should concern everyone as AQ are hardly pussycats. With 700 British Muslims fighting in Iraq and Syria already - most with a return ticket home - I do hope someone has a plan how to handle this lot when they get fed up with the bloodshed and come home

If only they could stop them coming back or make it considerably more difficult. Even the use of tags would help and if they remove the tag they are deported or jailed as part of the T's and C's

Oh yes, they must be welcomed back with open arms, £2k a week and a 5 bedroom mansion.

There isn't actually any organisation called Al Qeada. There are lots of Islamist fanatics and western governments lazily or misleadingly talk of them as "Al Qaeda". There's actually never been an organisation of that name.

Why is it that every time I pick up a newspaper or watch the TV news its about Islamist terrorism? What is it about this religion that causes so much pain and suffering around the world today?

I'm puzzled as well as to why a seemingly normal 20 year old would want to go abroad, pick up a rifle and start shooting innocent people? How do they brainwash them into doing it as they must realise that the end result is often their death.
