This is just one document put together for one little corner of the Civil Service... can you imagine the cost and how many similar bundles of ludicrous and patronising useless gobbledeygook and tripe are being churned out?

Chimps on vast salaries and expense accounts. I wonder how many meetings and manhours went into honing those 49 pages to perfection and how many glossy copies were printed.

This is nothing new. It's the kind of drivel that made my life hell before it drove me out of the Service. All you wanted to do was get on with your job but couldn't becasue you had to waste time holding this kind of inquest on it.
