Who or what is Clipboard man? He looks like he is directing an Ebola propaganda film, and has been caught on video not wearing a hazmat suit. All very strange. Could this be another manufactured 'news' report along the lines of 9/11, 7/7, and dodgy dossier wars?

Quote:
As news helicopters swarmed over Dallas' Love Field on Wednesday evening to watch the second U.S. nurse to contract Ebola board a private plane bound for Atlanta, one lone mysterious man stood out from the pack.
Holding a clipboard and directing the transfer, the unidentified man seemed to be the only person on the tarmac without protective clothing, wearing just a button down shirt and slacks.

As I understand it, providing you don't touch the patient or touch anything the patient has touched. You are probably ok.
Do you think the pilot is going to wear a hazmat suit?
The patient is well secured. So I don't think any contamination is going to escape.

We can see five people in this report wearing hazmat suits. If you are correct, and the 'patient' is safely quarantined within a sealed environment, then why are five people wearing hazmat suits? Assuming the answer is, to care for the 'patient', then how is the unsuited man, the crew of the aircraft, and the whole aircraft to be protected from any contamination that the carers may collect on the gloves of their hazmat suits?

Many years ago I was unfortunate enough to have been involved in an event where some radioactive material escaped from a protected environment into a non-protected environment – by human contact. We used an assortment of detection equipment to track down the escaped substance. That experience brought home to me just how easily, and how far, contamination of any kind can rapidly spread very far and very wide.
