Just filled in the survey. Boris wants to charge £12.50 IN ADDITION to the current congestion charge!! EU emissions targets are apparently to blame. |

Am I glad I don't have to commute by car any more. Actually I haven't used the car in 3 weeks now. Last time was down to Portsmouth to collect the new PC. All tucked up in the garage connected to a Ctek every 2 weeks
