Having read all postings of late, one question I am sure one of you can help me with.
Birth Certificate & Wedding Certificate shown both as Yeading in the County of Middlesex.
As Yeading is slowly being sucked up into Hayes & Greenford, Middlesex is no longer, does that make me soon to be a refuge.

Middlesex has a county cricket team, how come it does not show on maps any more.

As for Hayes & Yeading F.C. , will not be long till its either belly up or جمهورية الصومال الفدرالية‎ (Fedral Repuplic of Somila)

I still give my address out with Middlesex in it. I was born in the Wirral which at the time was Cheshire but that was swallowed up and is now Merseyside.

One foggy morning at the West London hospital in Isworth Nov 1937 something wonderful happened, I arrived brand new, travelled on a red bus can't remember the # to Hounslow West, carried in loving arms to Francis Road can't remember the # again, moved to Carlton Ave, Hayes in 19338/39, left 19557/58, now happily retired in NW Florida 10 mins from the beach.
