For me, the bottom line is that benefits have run out of control, 5 to 30 billion in just over 2 decades, so cuts have to be made. I know a couple of families who can run a car, smoke, frequent pizza deliveries and have expensive phone contracts so they need to be cut.

Disabled and similar groups shoukd be excluded as they have no options.

I think the current initiative is correct and if you are hit and unemployed then take one of the many jobs available even though it may not be a pleasant job.

The tail is wagging the dog. The system cannot go on as it is we simply cannot afford it as a nation.

Reform is both correct and urgently needed.

Also happy to see some measures to slow down the BTL brigade in the last budget. Hopefully in the fullness of time property will come back into the affordability levels of first time buyers and they won't be competing so much with people buying to let.
