Could be the best £3 you have ever spent........... :D

None of the candidates are terribly attractive and with a lefty climate change true believer now heading the Lib Dems I think the Tories must think all their Christmases have come.

Poor John looks rather fierce in that photo.

Somewhere in London, in the dark corner of a musty wardrobe, Michael Foot's donkey jacket begins to stir...

I was going to write a bit of.a speech, but suffice as to say that John helped our community to fight against big business from spreading their wings and we thank him for that, he is our MP and is what he is there for. However, in recent times locally and on the Labour circuit, John has supported issues I disagree with and seeing photos of him at ease in the company of Corbyn and Adams, well that says it all and for me, perhaps Hayes would be a different place if the political landscape were different.

Unfortunately Labour are safe in the borough whilst we have such a cultural mix.

They see Labour as the party of benefit led immigration.

I wouldn't read too much into him being seen with Adams. The Prince of Wales shook his hand a few short weeks ago and Her Maj shook the hand of the ex leader of the Londonderry Brigade of the IRA and the man who kicked off the events of bloody Sunday by firing a sub machine gun at soldiers McGuinness.

Distasteful as it is to deal with these people the bonus of peace in the province has made it worthwhile.

Adams was pressing the flesh with Blair himself at the time of the Good Friday Agreement.

Both McDonell and Corbyn are conviction politicians, they believe in the message they preach albeit abject socialism. Nothing wrong that with that indeed I wish more politicians would make their own views more transparent, that way you would know what you are getting.

The trouble is in the society we live in today with ever increasing debt levels both at state and personal level we simply cannot afford socialism.

Democracy is all about them being able to put their views though and trying to convince people to vote for them.....

Corbyn is not the right man to lead the Labour party, he would in fact make it unelectable and add to the problems the SNP have caused them north of the border. The Tories of course would love him to be elected.

All at a time when we need a strong opposition to hold the Government to account.

Indeed... I would imagine he's incredibly excited! This is just an absolutely, jaw-droppingly, incredible turn of events. Stunning drama.
