James Dellingpole is correct, up to a point, in this article: http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article ... dogma.html where he blames the “Left-wing Educational Establishment” for brainwashing our children. But JD fails to mention that all this incorrect 'political correctness, drains down from the very top of the political Establishment, and does so with the force of law. This recently published document; The Prevent duty; https://www.gov.uk/government/uploads/s ... ice-v6.pdf is an example of the upper reaches of power passing down instructions, duties, and requirements to the lower orders of the “Left-wing Educational Establishment”. The Prevent duty provides a blank cheque charter for the “Left-wing Educational Establishment” to spy on every child and their families. “The Prevent duty” does not limit in any way what may constitute a threat of radicalism to any child. “The Prevent duty” is the perfect gift for a power-crazed “Educational Establishment” that is determined to indoctrinate our children into becoming vicious and bigoted supporters of all the extreme political correctness that prevails today. |

It has deep roots and is all very sad. I was in Belgium aged 12 to 16 and I remember in art classes we had to design posters of things like trees crying because they were being cut down to make paper or factories with chimneys belching out smoke. Looking back I believe a whole generation was being softened up to accept green dogma. |
