about anyone , unless a charge is brought in .
weather it be theft , murder , or in this case ??

The gentleman in question attended a pre arranged interview so may well be being treated as a witness. Yes he may well have sought an injunction but at the moment he has not been charged nor found guilty of any offence. As we have already seen even having your name within a mile of this stuff is career ending whic is reasonable explanation for the injunction.

Many of us grew up with this guy and have enjoyed his entertaining fashion, I sincerely hope the rumours and groundless and that he can go on and enjoy his final days in peace.

I actually can't believe its true ...... some of the others yes !! But I do feel this has all got very out of hand now

let it be , i was accused of fraud ,over my expensis many years ago at a job i was in
a complete lie , in fact when it was looked into the company owed me many hundreds of £ , and they paid it , but the damage was done
but i found it very hard to get a job for about a year
