I can recall a time when we all ridiculed Boris as a buffoon.......

Next leader of the Tory Party?

Potential future PM? God knows we can't do any worse with what we currently have?

The current incubatant doesn't have a clue about the priorities for this Government. The Country is in dire straights economically yet they focus on this nonsense.

I know a number of gay people and even they say this is a step to far. Civil partnerships was adequate. In time as the judgements come from the ECHR this is going to have a profound effect on our churches as they are forced by law to undertake ceremonies under the eyes of god in direct contravention of the bible's teaching!
I am not religiously minded but even I can see this is going to cause them huge problems and lead to dilemma's many will not be able to face.

Boris isn't a buffoon, neither are the likes of Cameron, Clegg, the Milibands, Blair, Osborne, Pickles, Balls, May, Brown, and the rest of the political elite. They are very dangerous actors who are all playing out their respective roles in a lying political charade. Any appearance of differences between them is intended to create the public impression that we have some kind of democratic choice. Which is why the three parties are now frequently referred to the LibLab-Con Party by an increasing number of people who are seeing through the charade.

As for the political redefinition of marriage. This is nothing less than a direct assault on the church, and the traditional family unit. The plan is to destroy the foundations of our society. And you are right Geezer, the consequences will be very, very far reaching indeed, where the 'unintended consequences' are not so unintended. The foreseeable future for this world isn't Orange – and it most definitely isn't bright.

By forcing this redefinition of marriage through, Cameron is clearly demonstrating his complete obedience to the EU and the Council of Europe. This article and associated links

makes it very clear where Cameron's instructions are coming from.

With politics at an all time low, seems all parties are trying to appeal to as many as possible, all they have done so far is highlight the difference between the straight and the queer, with the latter now coming out they seem to presume the latter are normal, and those who are as God designed are the freaks, just because they remain silent, I am sure when the day comes to place your cross, the people will take stock of just where they stand, on this issue so just why is it political ? are they deliberately trying to cloud the waters, to make it acceptable, they are truly representative! or is it that most of these people are part of that particular persuasion, with the likes of straight people being the odd balls? maybe it is political, and the straights are the oddballs, wot a state the nation has become.
:o :o :o :o :o :o :o :o      :( :(
