Not concerning the creation of the EU army he hasn't; not in public. The political class have largely refused, including Farage, until very recently, to acknowledge that the running down of the UK military, together with British defence manufacturers, was the part of the plan to create an EU military controlled by Brussels/Germany/France. An independent British engineering manufacturing base is anathema to the creation of the EU military.
