A backlash of anger following the killing of Drummer Lee Rigby has led to several people facing charges over comments posted on social media sites.
Incidents have been reported to police across England with arrests in Lincoln, Bristol, Woking, Hastings and Southsea.
Some have been accused of offences under the Communications Act, and others have been arrested on suspicion of inciting racial or religious hatred. The forces involved have reminded people such comments are unacceptable. Meanwhile, two men were due to appear at Thames Magistrates' Court, charged with religiously aggravated threatening behaviour over an incident in an east London fast food restaurant on Thursday.
Of course it is right for people to to arrested and face the consequences of the law if they incite violence or preach hatred but an even hand must be maintained across all the communities. The fact the police are not operating an even hand policy and that the Left's anti hate legislation only benefits one part of our society is part of the problem and not the solution.
Look at the hate Hooky and Hamza preached and the law was pretty much powerless to deal with them. Ok eventually they sent hooky to the US but Hamza has run ever enlarging rings around the law and judicial process whilst at the same time preaching hate of the system which protects him.

Have a look at this video. It is a clip from something transmitted on BBC3 a while back. I thought jihaddist's were few and far between but it seems the problems could be far worse than we can even imagine.
Where are the arrests for the hate being espoused in this video? People really are waking up to the fact that it is one law for them and one for everyone else and therein lies the problem.
I'm going to be incredibly racist and suggest when you have an ethnic group of any sort which refuses to integrate with the rest of society and has incredibly vocal extremists that condemn the society they live in whilst demanding everything from the state and thinking they are above the law set down by the state then you are going to breed hostility towards them.
Maybe it is time we legislate some far off British colony Island as outside of jurisdiction and build a Gwanto type prison there where the ECHR and UK judges have no jurisdiction.

It will take a huge kick up the jacksie to get the powers that be to do something,i thought the 7/7 bomings would do that but no,the politicoes wet their beds even more and emited even more hot air as as usual nothing happend. there will never be mass marches to get this problem sorted out as the public are so devided and the law is against it,s own people. revolution anyone ?

Who will then proceed to do exactly squat all, but their expense packages will be good. We can't even get rid of the scum that fill the newspapers daily, because , as has been proven time and time again, their right to a family life, or to be free from torture or some other bollock$ trumps our right to walk down the road without being blown up / assaulted/ stabbed / threatened.
Surely the answer lays in the Ballot box, ok so we cant sack them, but can prevent these opportunists from ever getting into office, via the ballot box, I just wonder what folk do when their shoes hurt them suffer or replace.

I agree Jim, I'm not voting for Labour / Tory or Lib Dem again. UKIP seem to be gaining support from people who want Britain back from lazy scrounging and violent immigrants and I'm one of them.
I think our politicians need a shake-up because the big 3 are now becoming or indeed are clones of each other - taking small bits off each other and making them their own and promise the same things....which invariably doesn't happen or another U-Turn. Next time around I think I will be voting UKIP - Like the others, I am not 100% in agreement of their policies and of course they come without history of Government. I think I want to see them cause a few tears for the well established.
what UKIP has going for them is they are unknown, and cant possibly be worse than the ones we do know, even a troop of Monkeys would struggle to get it more wrong.
