According to my trusty spreadsheet I still have 1,904 M25 journeys to do before It's all over :)

That allows for holidays, expected client visits (don't use car) and the odd working from home.

I hate the M25. I often have to use it and the worst bit for me is between the M3 junction and the M4 - it takes forever.

It's been quite a nice day today

Apologies for the late alert but.......

Mostly clear skies in our region tonight are currently providing near perfect conditions to view the Harvest Moon in it's full glory. If you are remotely interested in skywatching it is well worth tearing yourself away from the tv for 5 minutes to take a look outside.

I wish I had seen that post last night so I could go out and look at the moon. Sigh!

I've just driven home from North Acton in the rain - it looks like it's in for the rest of the day

When you've got past the M3 (clockwise) you get into the inside lane and stay there. That one flows and you get off at J13. You then go down to the bottom, stay on the inside lane over the roundabout and then rejoin the M25 via the uphill slip road. You again stay on the inside lane and come off at J14 only this time it's up over the top and rejoin.

That ploy can save 15 to 30 minutes on a Thu/Fri evening. I'm really surprised that this ploy hasn't become widespread, even the Woking RailAir coaches do it.

Too late for me again Moley - I just didn't look at this forum in the evening

It's quite dull this morning and we're just off to take Timba for his daily walk. At least it isn't cold :D
