Same as the Britain got talent phone vote lines and others premium rate numbers to enter a competition ect, the whole ethos is to get you to ring the number. There is a myriad of ways which skate round at the boundary of the law.

The young of this Country are ripe to be exploited in this way.

Competitions on the telly where they give a 3 way multi option with the answer being plainly obvious. Many thousands phone in and the profit must be well worth them doing.
