ARMED KILLER HUNTED AFTER SHOOTING

An armed killer is on the loose after a man was shot dead.
A murder investigation has been launched after a 38-year-old man was fatally wounded in Uxbridge, west London, shortly before 7pm last night.
Police were called by London Ambulance Service to Vine Lane following reports of a shooting, but the victim was pronounced dead at the scene an hour later.
Police are in the process of informing next of kin. A post-mortem examination will be held in due course.
Metropolitan Police said no arrests had been made and that inquiries are ongoing.
Anyone with information is asked to contact police.

It may well be one of the sought after roads in Hillingdon, but it seems to be attracting all sorts from the criminal underworld recently.

Remember the £100m drugs cartel being run from a fortified house in the same road a few years back. Police used a JCB to bulldoze the security railings to gain access to the house. 19 were later convicted.

and now perhaps an assassination!!!?

I have heard that many of the Vine Lane residents are fleeing to Hayes to get away from all this crime

Drugs related a possibility then?

Latest is that he was sat in a car in a driveway and was 'targeted'. I'll bet a collection or delivery.

well known drugs dealer eh...who would have thouht it ?.

BBC are just saying he was a car dealer. Why kill over a debt because it's never going to get paid now.
