My issue would be that my meters are outside. If I caught them though I'd do the same and film it.

I have no idea about he legal system in NI and whether the PSNI had made a mistake. But I do think the Police officers dealt with this guy reasonably well.

The female PC was a bit grumpy, but overall they did treat him with respect - and unlike the US - no guns were drawn although they would have been carrying them!!!

Lets hope the situation was resolved as this apparently vulnerable man was clearly distressed

I understand that all court warrants should be sealed with an embossing seal that bears the name of the issuing court. The warrant should also be stamped with a court stamp and signed with wet ink by the court's issuing authority (judge/magistrate), the name of the judge/magistrate should be clearly legible as a named person, and the warrant should also be dated in wet ink by the issuing court authority.

The resident in the video is very clearly and frequently informing the two police constables that the 'warrant' is not properly sealed with a court seal/stamp. Both police constables are effectively accused by the resident of enforcing the execution of a warrant that is a fraudulent document, and therefore an illegal document.

There are widespread reports of the police enforcing fraudulent warrants all across the UK these days in an increasingly large number of cases. Warrants for so-called TV Licence evasion from the BBC's agent Capita, to illegal repossession of private homes for bogus claims of mortgage default by the banks and building societies, etc. etc. Now it appears that a fraudulent warrant has been enforced by the police to install a smart meter against the wishes of the property owner/occupier.

The police in the video clearly state that the resident is in arrears with his electricity bill payment, but the resident insists that the bill has been paid, AND he has also moved to an alternative electricity supplier. The very least the police should have done is to contact a higher police authority to confirm the essential requirements of a court warrant. The police failed to take this essential precaution before enforcing the fraudulent warrant; and by so doing both police constables have left themselves wide open to a private prosecution from the property owner/occupier.

In all these types of cases the matters are civil cases, and as such have nothing to do with the police. The only role for the police in such cases is to maintain the peace, and protect persons and property; the police should NOT be there to enforce a fraudulent warrant intended to deprive a property owner of his right to justice.

Fraud is a serious criminal offence; and it is the duty of the police to investigate a reported crime. The two police officers in the video have been clearly informed by the resident that a fraud has been committed, but both constables are either ignorant of their duty under the law or wilfully engaging in criminality by enforcing a fraudulent court document. Which means the police are no longer protecting the peace, person, or property; but are acting in support of corporate criminality.

It would appear that we are living in increasingly dangerous and corporately dictatorial times.

In my opinion, the two police constables in the above video are either acting in ignorance of their duties under the law; OR they are wilfully and knowingly acting outside the law.

1:
If the two police constables acted in ignorance of their duties and responsibilities under the law then it calls into very serious question the current standards of training of the police. In the video the resident asks both police constable for their names and service numbers; he did this several times, and was filmed making a record of these pieces of highly relevant data. If the two police constables acted in ignorance of the law, then why are so many other police constables across the UK committing the same offence of enforcing fraudulent court documents? I would have expected any normal person in such a responsible position as those two constables in the above video to have each asked themselves: why was this resident so persistent and determined to record their respective identities? Shouldn't both constables have carefully considered what the resident was saying about the warrant being a fraudulent document? Why does this apparent lack of alertness by both constables to the possibility of their acting outside the law not cause them to stop and reconsider what they were doing and saying? What does this tell us about the competence and trustworthiness of police constables on our streets?

2:
If both police officers were knowingly and wilfully acting outside the law by enforcing a fraudulent warrant; then what does this tell us about the police in the UK today? Can we automatically defer to trust any of them? Should we be very concerned about the enormous increase in the number of police constables now carrying live weapons in public places?

3:
What does the apparent ease with which fraudulent court warrants are being issued for the police to enforce tell us about the courts and the whole of the justice system? Fraud/ignorance by the justice system in the UK on the scale it is currently being practised cannot possibly be an accident.

I also understand that local authorities are also issuing fraudulent court documents in pursuance of 'unpaid' council tax. So, who can we trust today, is there any officialdom on the side of law, order, and justice? At the very least, all of us should begin to look far more deeply at those who claim to officiate over us than we have become accustomed to.

Into this very unsatisfactory picture of the police in the UK today we have many reports of the police a either dropping investigations or refusing to investigate paedophilia committed by the high and mighty. It all paints a very distressing picture.

Those who passed the 2nd Amendment years ago knew what they were doing, suggest installing a peephole in your front door.
